We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (size, color, shipping address) are correct before completing their purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply to cover processing and handling

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent restriction from future purchases. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
